- We do not sell, manage, or control the eSIM technology or service.
- All purchases, activations, and support are handled through Saily.
- We are not liable for any network performance issues, delays, usage costs, billing errors, or roaming fees.

5. No Liability for Service Issues

- Refund requests or billing disputes
