This website serves as a platform that provides eSIM products and services from Saily, a leading eSIM provider. All purchases made through this website are fulfilled by Saily, and their refund policy applies to all transactions.
Important Note: While we facilitate the purchase process, all refunds are processed according to Saily's refund policy, as they are the actual service provider for the eSIM products you purchase.
Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans
If the eSIM you have purchased has not been installed or the Data Plan has not been activated, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.
Refunds for Minimally Used Data Plans or Activated Data Plans
If you have installed the eSIM and activated the Data Plan, Saily will consider it as used, therefore, a full refund cannot be guaranteed. That being said, a partial or a full refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- You were unable to use much of the data due to quality issues related to Saily.
- The Data Plan has been activated, but the data remains mostly unused (>99% of the Data Plan left).
